• In the past when you right-clicked a picture on a Web page and selected Save as... it was always saved as a JPEG , but now the only option you get is BMP. Furthermore the filename is always listed as Untitled whereas before it used to have the same filename as the original picture.

Reason which causes the problem:

- This usually occurs when your Internet cache reaches its specified limit.

SOLUTION:

- The only solution is to clear Internet cache:
  1. In Internet Explorer select Tools > Internet Options (Alternative: Control Panel > Internet Options).
  2. In the Temporary Internet files section > click Delete Files.
  3. In the new Delete Files dialog box > check Delete all offline content > press OK.
  4. Wait for your cache to be emptied, which may take some time.
  5. Once done you may wish to increase your Temporary Internet Files folder, in which case > click Settings next to the Delete File button and move the slider to the right. Don't push it too far as you'll adversely affect browser performance.
